Your link just shows that you are now making up stories as the news server comes back with "Page not found". More and more information from "tainted" sources are simply worthless. By the original before the election laws, Gore lost, period. Would've, could've, and should've are just the ruminations of the losing side. When all is said and done, Gore will still have lost, and the evidence will bear this out. OSBs are paper ballots. They are quite easy to see who was voted for or not. Marks in a punch card is an assumption, if not machine readable. The amount of handling has damaged the evidence of any real value.

The only theft of election 2000 is the one in Missouri. You know the one.
