Ted,

Not only is Bush recycling old appointees, he is also recycling all of Reagan's ideas (Star Wars, huge tax cuts.)

He probably went to some motivational seminar where they told him to emulate someone he admired.

He did succeed in avenging his daddy. I suspect that is about all he will accomplish.

The R's will soon get Scalia to apply his equal protection principles and approve the counting of all the cattle and sheep in the rural counties. This will give Bush an insurmountable advantage in the next election.

Unless someone launches a preemptive strike to nuke all the livestock.
