I checked in on the RWET board on Saturday morning to see how they were doing with the existential crisis of the three boards. I hadn't been there since early on when I read the first thousand or so posts. There was a ongoing discussion about Alan Greenspan to which I thought I could make a contribution so I tried to post. The message said that I had been blocked and to contact the thread moderator or SI. Maybe I shouldn't have been surprised but I was. It can't be my politics. There are posters there whose political alignment is very close to mine. I'm "slightly to the right of Attilla the Hun" on a number of issues. It can't be my deportment. I manage to post on LWP without saying anything that a leftie would consider argumentative because those are the LWP rules, which means I'm quite capable of posting on RWET without contradicting any rightie positions. And everyone knows I'm always polite. The only possible explanation for my exclusion I can think of is the company I've been keeping of late. <g> I sent a message to the tread moderator but have not heard back. Sigh! Karen

go over there and post! If I do that, one of two things will happen. Either I'll be instantly banned, or I'll have a dozen scathing replies in my inbox, and end up in a solo argument against a dozen or so opponents. Which I could manage well enough, but I've better things to do with my time. No thanks.
