From reading over their financials, it seems they are subordinate to the class B shares. One thing that strikes me as odd and rather questionable is the byzantine share structure, the multiple voting class 'b' shares have such hold over the ownership of the company that it seems a way of 'installing' management no matter what the shareowners think. In other words, they're there until they 'want' to leave.
Either way, I bought a few large chunks at .98 and it's now at 1.19 so already I've done extremely well on this. If they continue the revenue growth on this and we get a few more funds involved we could easily see 2.50 by end of year, especially if their earnings come in as or better than expected at end of Feb.
