nice post homee. Open question to all: why bother owning insp now? Is it because you are so under water you can't fathom selling? That can be the only justification as I see it. Jain trashed a terrific management team. There is no excuse for that. I sold at a great loss yesterday, and am not turning back with any regrets whatsoever. Am interested in other viewpoints. Rob
