GV,I agree with that assessment but for a slightly different reason. 3/4 could promote the view that the economy is not just weak but critically so which could end up spooking the markets after the initial euphoria wanes. So I will take 1/2 point and be happy.
I dont want to concentrate on the 1929 Great Depression because conditions were radically different. But you might be looking too hard at the 1970's and the Great Inflation of that era--conditions then were radically different as well. I think that was a healthy debate we just had on the ever improving cisco thread. Mike
