Fun, i can imagine...the contrarian signals are really piling up as it were. we've also had quite a few 'gold is dead' articles in the non-financial press last year. the final tip-off cam from an Austrian newspaper, "Die Presse". among their famous predictions are $5 bbl. oil at the beginning of '99, and a 20% up year for the NAZ at the beginning of 2000 due to the presidential election. NOW they have published an ultra-bearish article on gold...absolutely perfect.
