Whatever your neighbor did or was charged with doing, the evidence of fraud doesn't show up in the ballots, which are on the public record. So if fraud happened, it was small-scale.

I thought we were going to wait for the specifics of the Palm Beach overvote. The stolen "Votomatic" appearing and then being suppressed is strong circumstantial evidence. No?
Is a potential 15,000 vote steal "small-scale"?
