ECHO & ICOM: any thoughts on these? Back in 1997 I was buying these since they were pennies then, then they actually went up to $10 or so. Made a killing. Now I see they are back around $1 again.

INSP almost hitting my target of 4 5/8. Monday (day of earnings) in A/H actually went to 8. Bet those buyers were surprised now!!!
