chojiro, It did. Have you looked at the one year price difference on CIEN? In regards to NT, GLW, JDSU, etc, they had just run up tremendously on that outlook. Many have been knocked down on reduced growth estimates. If the positive outlook for the remainder of the year becomes real, then there may be some relatively good deals out there right now. I like GLW and JDSU.

Yes, and at least for Ciena - the best performing NASDAQ stock in 2000 - it was justified. While past performance is not an indicator of the future (hey, I think I have that one down well enough to become a talking head on CNBC <ggg>), I believe Ciena is worth the risk.
