Dear Patricia: If you believe all that BOY ARE YOU HORNSWOGGLED. You pay outrageous prices cause you got incredible TAXES on everything. I had a client there wanted to add a concrete block warehouse to his company to store inventory. Bricks and mortar cost were 500k and they wanted 550k in PERMIT FEES. He moved his operation to Nevada and paid $15 for permits!! Fuel is a commodity, it easily flows wherever it is wanted at the asking price. Neither Enron or anyone else is holding Ca. hostage, its your STUPID STATE GOVT, which is why I love to VISIT Calif. but I would NEVER live there. JDN
