Read that (remember, I'm the guy who porvided the link!!)...unfortunately, the Reagan's "forgot" to disclose that little gift of some $2.5 M and that is what is suspect, coupled with the fact that some republicans were upset that the Clintons took $190K in gifts and Reagans gift of 1989 has a today market value of $5-7M!!...prisons are filled with folks who "took a loan" from the bank they worked at with every intention of paying it back some day or "forgot" about monies they received for one reason or another...in the words of Larry King, "I bet you most people thought it was a lifetime gift." ...indeed it was a gift.
