I thought we were reaping benefits from the end of Cold war - actually paying down the debt that has accumulated from the very start of this country's existence.

The nation's total debt quadrupled under Reagan.

Scumbria just does not understand that Reagan scared poor Russia into giving up the eastern bloc and its superpower status.

The Russians are only now getting it that Reagan fooled them....
