I know what Grey Davis has done Rather than spew misinformation why dont YOU look it up. California just had two back to back two term Republican governors before electing Grey Davis, a Democrat who was elected last year.. BTW- Davis IS the Gov-- it is HIS administration, He has been in power for 3 YEARS, why defend him ,why blame someone else., rather I would be SCREAMING at his judgements. Why aren't YOU? and as if he was new to politics or govt or what is happening to this psuedo- de- regulation. Idiot whacky Liberal thinking. Go hug a tree and when your cold enough, you'll burn it. CA needs energy and instead of anti-popular REAL fixes, your gov't(both sides of the aisle) waits till its too late. I was laughing how Sen. Boxer was trying to say the same thing as you as if it was an overnite problem. Blame it all on someone else and not face up to it. that and Prop 36- another Liberal plan (and voted by CA PEOPLE--not legislators)that will need the feds to step in when they realize there are not enough re-hab's to go around. But drug addicts ARE more important to you San Francisco - inhabitants than energy. Or the victims those people may create. I read. Prop36=I'm waiting till July1 and see how this all works so I can start an editorial writing campaign to every newspaper in the land that will point out the benefits of this program to all the fine folk who want to get HIGH so they can move their silly butts to CA and reap the benefits and get out of areas who may not enjoy this very Liberal outlook. In fact it would do very well in many neighborhoods to say SHIP them to CA just for this very fact. Suppose you honor all the judgements of anything which happened 5 years ago? or just this one?
