CNXT acknowledges that high CA energy prices are hurting margins: 15:22 ET Conexant (CNXT) 17 11/16 -5/16: An interesting note in the 10Q just released: though CNXT already guided gross margins lower due to lower revenues, company is now noting another factor for lower margins -- "higher energy costs resulting from the electrical power shortages currently affecting the state of California." This is the first official acknowledgement we have seen from a company indicating that California energy issues could have a material impact.
