Jim, hope you are right but I dont feel so confident. Fells overvalued to me by about 5-10 points in this environment.

Should I dig out our discussion about AG and interest rates from last spring? That would be pretty entertaining right now.

Do you remember your response when I said that the interest rate hikes would lead us into recession?
