Look you dont get TA nor will you. I bought Qcom at 62 and sold it in the 90's and bought it back at 69. I aint that lucky. TA works, go see LG site he was saying 6 months ago 2200 and clearly displayed chart and why 2200 would be the bottom of this trading range. Its funny you are the one promoting Thopson I watch hich is the biggest piece of junk arround, and you bash TA whenevr you get a chance. TA is about Money flow's, and acumulation or vice versa. Its not the only tool you should use, but one that should be used. Try tc2000 sometime. there are people who make a good living managing money strictly on TA. They werent the ones buying BRCM at 150 a month back they(I) were shorting it :)

I believe TA works well enough to make money with in the absense of news. But if a powerful piece of news comes out on the issue, all bets are off. I don't believe there's a t/a guy that will dispute this. News is TA's master, TA is subordinate to news. NEWS always overrides TA, imho. As far as Marginmike and TA goes, the proof is in the pudding. When Q closed below the 200DMA last year, he publicly stated he sold (around 128 or so, if i remember correctly) I thought he was outta his mind. Turns out, it was a genius move.
