Hi brk - you miss my point. It is my cynical look at how the Street may operate. Sure, net properties are not what they used to be. But then, INSP stk, like many others, is trading at a single digit. There are reasons, right?! However, INSP consumer side still has good properties, and those will be picked up by someone. No matter the price, the broker will make $. Fat fees are for these brokers. I am betting the investment bankers will trump the research analysts :)

best, Bosco
