. First of all, how can you call a ballot with two separate punches a ballot for anybody? I didn't. We were looking for a large number of Bush-Gore overvotes as evidence of fraud. That said, I misread the article the first time around; the 3-to-1 referred to the whole state, not just PB County. But they did mention 8,000 overvotes for Gore + the hole above or below. That is evidence for just plain difficulty using the ballot. We'll have to wait for fuller numbers.
