To LoF - Sorry, misposted to myself.

And a 3rd reason the FL SC's second ruling (that is what we are talking about, right?) is that it built upon a decision that was mandated by a 9-0 ruling. If I am accurate, who was being political there? If I am not accurate on this, please correct.

Are you saying that Clint is the first one to ever use that term, or just the first one in the movies? I recall some ex-GI types describing something as a charley foxtrot, and when I asked them what they meant, they said it stood for the very term that you said Clint coined.
