VG Earnings Play ----> earnings out tomorrow, looks very good.. we had this on our watch list in September.. it did rather well. These plays mentioned need watching, they are not the usual suspects for our earnings plays. Since we have less earnings we can focus on them with a little more intensity. VG would have triggered today at 10 9/16 after it pulled back a bit but moved well into the close. VG has been on a sharp uptrend from thursday and closed at the day high today. WE are looking at $0.17 cents estimated for the quarter.. P/E is still only 26 with 25% growth estimated for the next 5 years. and 127% just next year. Analysts give it 5 strong buys and 2 moderate buys.. and last quarter it had a 15% upside earnings surprise. Bear Stearns gave it a buy rating on December 8th with a price targer of $30. for 12 months.

Remember this post back in mid-November you made on Techno Analysis vs Fundamental? Message 14878401 I thought it was great and saved....thought i would repost as we approach the end of earnings . Great Post... ;-) *Hope all the lurkers have been keeping notes this earnings season, all you need is a few select plays every Qtr to run for you , and note how they do in the after~maths.
