Q. Say What?!(g)

Come on, John!

A United Kingdom media service published this story. So it's hardly "Republican" or for even propaganda, US or otherwise.

It is a factual report of an event that happened. Period.

The Defense Dept recently conducted this simulation. This Administration even took office only a week ago, for heavens sake. Certainly this exercise was planned long before that.

There's nothing wrong with expressing your political opinions. But this is hardly a partisan story.

It's a Defense analysis story. I for one am thankful to the Clinton DOD for planning and laying the groundwork for this simulation during their watch. It's the kind of contingency study any sane defense planner would recommend no matter what party he belongs!

The only difference a week has made is that it was not "politically correct" to discuss such things in a positive context during the Clinton years.

Being well informed about possible risks to the viability of our nations communications satellites IS of interest to everyone, whether it's from meteor impacts, unusual Solar activity or disruption by technology from competing earth nations. Nuff said.
