I am glad to see those SOBs were defeated.Eventhough I now have two close relatives that are lawyers,still think most trial lawyers remain parasites of the society <g>

COMS tried 5 times on Jan.25 to go through 11 1/2: At 10AM; 10.30AM; 10.45AM; 11.30AM and 11.45AM after that it drifted down and closed that day at 11 3/16. The next day (Jan.26) it had a down-gap at the opening to 10 3/4. It has recovered some and today's intra-day H was 11 3/16, closing at 11 1/16

I hope that you are right and the news of the settlement will help it to go through the 11 1/2 resistance.

DRTN: Moving up today. Resistance at 7 1/4 to 7 5/8 before it can test the Jan.17 H at 8 5/8.

The insiders hold 72% and institutions 47%(166% of float)and reportedly buying more recently.The short position 11% of float.The March H was 94 1/4

Overall doesn't look bad or does it ? <g>
