In this instance, I can personally attest that the problem isn't due to a sudden mess-up on our part, but has to do with a rug getting yanked from under us before we expected it, and as a result, it highlighted a design flaw when dealing with fonts. Bob Perhaps if you amplified what you mean by your "rug" reference we might better understand the root causation of this problem and therefore have a more tolerant view. A muse. Ed
