What's your opinion on the amount of room left for homebuilders? I've been in (NYSE:)SPF since November. Another rate cut this week would prove helpful. Stock's been gaining momentum lately, stock div coming for shareholder's of record on Feb. 12. Brings to mind a question of which gains are the 'smarter'.

Rate cut will probably happen this week, but that's probably being/been factored into current price. Momentum might swing it up to low-30s over the next week. Div coming and I do the 're-invest' (rather than cash) to get extra shares. Yet, other economic trends could effect this issue&#151trends in Western energy supply, secondary tech market growth, etc.

The choice would be to set a low-30 limit to trigger a 60% gain which is forseeable in the next week based on momentum, or to wait to receive the div, further out in the month to pick up the extra shares. Pivotally speaking, is the home-builder market heading far enough North that waiting for the extra shares would be smarter?
