I swear, I've been through the entire OGS site and have not found any report disclosing the number of shares outstanding. Not even a 99 annual report that I could use as a starting point.

If I go the FT site and flip price/market cap, it looks like there are about 85 million shares out. Such 'data' has been wrong before though, and I would still dearly like to see the audited #'s, including the option info.

Am I blind? More importantly, would any of you 'axes' on ogs have a rough outstanding shares number handy after the offering? I promise I will not make an investment decision based on it! At this point anything within 15% of actual would vastly improve my comfort.

Also, anyone know what paraesthesiae is? Two patients dropped out of the vevesca trial because of it.
