I think the change in strategy is good on trying to stay out of the consumer side of things...

Yeah, great idea dumping the portion of the company that generates nearly 1/2 of their total revenue.

Personally, I would look to secure that "significant traction" in broadband before I dump the profitable end of the business THAT I JUST PURCHASED 4 MONTHS AGO.
Wait a minute...wasn't GNET purchased primarily due to its broadband potential and profitability ? Now I am confused.
