Prolife: Most of the 20,000 Chrysler jobs to be cut will come through attrition and offers of early retirement. Since you're an expert in terms of labor vis-a-vis balance sheets, why don't you provide the board with some expert analysis on how the UAW has led to the ruination of Chrysler. Also be sure to discuss the $1 billion rainy day fund that Chrysler management set aside a couple years ago for a downturn such as the one we're experiencing, but chose instead to use that money to make the bottom line look better.
