Duke, though I'm an Intel long for 18 years, I couldn't help noticing that Kap's last short call (around when Intel was in the 70) was brilliantly timed and absolutely correct (one never knows if it was for the right reasons, but it sure was dead on). His mistake the last time was closing out the short way early - he could have ridden it down through the 50s, 40s and the 30s if he had perfect timing. Given that previous call, I wouldn't base my decisions on his call, but I wouldn't dismiss his views out of hand.

By the way, another site I watch that's into technical stuff thinks that it's very important and significant that Intel broke through 36. I think the technical analysis guys think that intel is headed towards 50. The site I watch also has a good track record, but caveat emptor again. The technical analysis guys say that there [edit] their stuff tends to work, except when it doesn't. No guarantees.

Burt

Took a quick $5K profit. Covered 2000 shares of INTC at $35. Too much stupid 401K money chasing looser stocks right now.
