sorry... i meant national grid in the sense of national energy use and what started with heating oil on the east coast during the oil melt up followed by the electricity melt up in ca with gas in the middle on both coasts

not to mention famine, earthquakes and a bevy of economic pests in the last few months

i suppose what i meant was: you can throw a dart these days and land on a catastrophe in one form or another......something we haven't seen (or i forgot) in quite a number of years. those are themes i like to follow though of course they don't lead anywhere directly at any time..... but just the same, when you look at the above and contrast it to comparatively serene markets.... well...... it leads to a bi-polar condition at best or some kind of real calamity when those two worlds finally come together.

as to shrubs directives so far... what i read is a mixed bag. one minute its: it's a states problem, the next it's not, and last Cheesy is being put in charge of something to take a look.... hope they take their time. my puts are looking lousy. as to the human misery... well... that's only indirectly a market thingy and directly of concern in non-market related life.

there's my ramble. hope there was a point to be found in it.
