From briefing.com 11:27 ET Nokia (NOK) 34 -2.99 (-8.1%): -- Update -- Salomon Smith Barney downgrades to NEUTRAL from OUTPERFORM; cuts target to $31 from $45. I thought Mr Kurlak has done something like that to MU in his bearish phase, i.e., target price well below trading price...
