OG, this does not appear to be an attempt to price erode a Cisco market. Nortel has integrated its Alteon technology with the Shasta technology and emobile access technology and Layer 3 switching to offer a fully integrated product with content intelligence. As always, only time will tell how successful the product will be. I also disagree with your statement about failing to execute. Nortel is currently gaining market share in wireless infrastructure as well as optical transport.
