Pete, The only thing worse than Democratic "tax and spend" is Republican "cut taxes and spend". Republicans love to do two-bit cuts in social programs, and offset those cuts with huge increases in military spending. For some reason Republican presidents are not intelligent enough to understand that a dollar spent is a dollar spent, whether it goes to welfare or Star Wars. You are in denial about Reagan.
