It's been a long day, I'm cleaning a baseboard in my den where Iko spent most of her time. I vacuumed it pretty regularly but never looked at it too closely. Last week I discovered that there were clumps of dog hair between the fins. I thought about replacing the whole baseboard but the problem is the old baseboard was higher than the new stuff and making up the space between the paneling and the baseboard would have been a problem so I'm cleaning 25 feet of baseboard 1 fin at a time :( I'm 2/3 done now. I've been listening to some CDs my friend with the wild list made me. The Tony Rice Unit from McCabes Guitar Shop in 1982 is awesome. It's right around when Backwaters came out and I love that album. He finished up his set with one of my favorite Wes Montgomery tunes Four on Six. I'm about listen to something I'll burn for you soon, The David Bromberg Band from CW Post in 1977, that was before the Tiles Center, they had a dome that caved in. I used to have a cassette of the show it was broadcast live on WLIR, I remember it being a good one.
