hard to say, except that the crisis appears to be spreading to neighboring states, as evidenced by the recent spate of aluminum smelter shutdowns and mining suspensions. anyway, who really knows? catalysts are almost always only identifiable in hindsight anyway, and are usually small things, or something from left-of-field, totally unexpected. or something that didn't worry anyone up to this point suddenly becomes the focal point of negativity, usually for no apparent reason.
