jp,

If you or anybody else can make sense out of the data from the lockup sites, I'm all ears.

I haven't looked at it for some time, but every time I have, I can see no consistent relationship between the quantity of the lockup release relative to the outstanding shares, and subsequent stock price movement.

unlockdates.com

ipolockup.com

I am long CPST, and though I'll have an adjusted stop in place, at this point I am not concerned with the possibility of a selloff following (or prior to) lockup release. If anyone can give me good reason why I should be concerned based on past lockup expirations, I'd like to see it.

Regards,

WS
