RE. Nok really SUCKS at this guidance game don't they!? Somewhat similar to what PMCS management was doing: treading lightly on company-specific issues and blaming everything on the general economic/market conditios. I would venture to guess that an agreement with Qcom re. 3G license could serve as a positive catalyst to prop up the stock. Tero indicated that such an agreement would be in place by year-end, but December is a long way off. Meantime NOK could sink to low $20s. And too bad the Finns now have to negotiate from a position of relative weakness. Ibexx
