i was looking for between 5-8 billion. that's because 2 billion has become the norm...and the myth should bottom with approximately a 300% expansion in trading volume...this estimate is based on similar mythical occurrences in the past.

of course with easy Al's pedal-to-the-metal money printing exercise in full swing, the chances for a myth have diminished markedly. i'm unhappy to report.
