So is that why Greenspan has been raising interest rates until very recently - to pull the economy out of the crapper? Give us a break! I would also remind you that Clinton cited the fine economy in his farewell speech (which one I forget) and Gore ran on the fine economy. I guess Greenie either forgot to tell them or they were too dumb to pay attention to him. Or I suppose they could have known better and were lying.
