The company did not break down the shortfall other then to say that they were eliminating some low margin consumer businesses.............Jain put a positive spin on everything, he could be in jail and look at it as a new and exciting way to meet new friends..........I BET anyone on this thread that you will see GNET people leaving the way Noah took animals on the ark.....in twos.

Maybe we could make a bid for SI. I have no idea what its financials are like, though.

levy, so many good questions and observations...Especially wondering where the MONEY went...And as I noted earlier...we are NOT the only ones that are wondering....see my earlier post of a few messages from the Quicken INSP boards...some excellent observations there too..

There have been enough new announced contracts to allow this company to earn money going forward. I agree with Penny, where is it all going? Naveen's pocket? The wicker snake basket?

Did anyone here notice that another major company decided to make exactly the same decision that INSP made in de-emphasizing consumer/portal internet business - the same day.

Disney is not going to take the time to sit around and watch its business go to zero, they just announced that would shut it down. Go.com will close up shop. Those investors get about $5 in Disney stock per share.

The wireless business looks pretty strong. If the other businesses are strong then there will be a buyer. If they are weak, we know that INSP made the right choice.
