doesn't traditional TA pretty much go to hell in a "true" bear market anyway

hence all the signals up leading to head fakes over the last number of months etc etc etc

and once again a period of signals encouraging the dip into the dip buying.... in which case a major trap already in play

and my problem with that is that EVERYBODY's charts have done so...thus everybody's already positioned for a rally, unless they don't believe their charts that is.

i'm with Bronson on that one...trying to outwit popular t/a parameters and anticipate trend changes BEFORE they occur.

of course when one has a bearish bent, one gets occasionally overruled by the printing press...one could however reasonably argue that the increased activities of same are already priced in, while the continued deterioration in economic fundamentals, and especially a possible recession, are not.
