Let's throw in prostitution. They can pay taxes, too

I agree not as much for the tax revenue as for libertarian reasons. Prostitutes aren't hurting other people. Yes they spread disease but the spread is almost definitly increased by prostitution being illegal. I do not see sufficent reason for the government to try to ban such activity and the ban does not work anyway.
