They are but j6p is not the one making the decision to buy banks on the cusp or during the start of a recession, and brokers near their all-time highs, why not wait? It's not like there's going to be a ton of new dramatic fund inflows anytime soon to snap up all those scarce shares...I guess they may just be following their fund rules and staying a certain % invested..if that's the case then I feel much better
