AT&T Corp. will offer voice-over-Internet-protocol services to business customers, providing a further boost to the fledgling technology that is challenging traditional circuit-switched networks.

AT&T's VoIP network uses routers made by Cisco Systems Inc., the San Jose, Calif., maker of networking equipment.
