That makes sense to me, as my fear with such a large unlocking of shares is the potential for excessive share value dilution. And you're right, the dot com IPOs of a couple years back got hit the hardest at lockup expiration. Given CPST's potential, the lockup expiration may not result in much insider selling at all. I'll be watching closely.
