possible, but AG will want to make sure his credentials stay intact...and for that he must be able to prove that he tried everything to stop the economic rot.

the CRB index won't enter into the equation until it finally decides to put in another big leg up...which is entirely possible if the money spigot remains as wide open as it is now.
