Since it's a teabag, it must mean boiling the water until you get a running boil going, right?

Does it mean putting the tea into cold water and bringing it to a running boil?

If it's with loose tea, you could boil it and pour the water off, saving the leaves, and boil them again.

I wonder whether if you did that with green tea, you'd lose all the stuff that's good for you.

I wonder if that's how decaf coffee is made. With coffee, it's supposed to be more than 75% caffeine free (I saw 2MAR$'s post). Like, 95% or something. (It still gives me a buzz and a headache.)
