When this "short term" spending of cash to grow dies out, yes the cash flow come on line. But the fuel for growth goes away. So growth will slow.
It's a balance. Growth costs money.


Nope... I disagree.... Cisco was spending beyond their growth to establish themselves in new markets... Now we're talking about spending in-line with growth because they are now established. Capital is in place, resources are in place, now they execute. You're assumptions are that in order for Cisco to grow they have to spend more than they make.... this has only been a recent (18month phenomenon) as Cisco has cracked a few new markets....

And, the reason that the tax benefit issue won't matter is because income from operations will improve signficantly making this issue a wash.
