Index put/call ratios.
cboe.com

Inxex PUT/CALL ratio is huge but overall is .62

Very interesting. Index PUTs looks like a hedge against long calls and stock. Overall is .62
Does this mean we rally? Maybe they will try and pin us in a tight range for awhile unless there is some stellar news (3/4 point cut or 1/4 point cut)
Otherwise the index puts suggest more of a rally to me.
Thoughts?
I have a different problem than Greg. I may want a long hedge of some kind. Thoughts on this? BRCD, EMLX, PMCS calls, something that could run.

DOW is even more interesting.
Why do they not show the ratio there?
DOW is extremely heavy in PUTS across the board.

Does that account for today's big rally?
