By any way of speaking that uses the common definitions of words murder is inaccurate, because murder is the unlawful killing of a human being. Even if you call the fetus a human, as it is perfectly legal to kill it, it cannot be murder. You could call it immoral killing- but it doesn't have the same ring to is as murder does it? Too bad.

OK. Can we back up a step, then? Same question. Can you explain the thought process that results in this conclusion? Is there some legal basis for it?
